Sixty Seasons – A Birthday Dinner
When you have a party, how do you celebrate? What if it were your 60th?
A couple weeks ago we helped Tracy with her fabulous party. And while she was definitely the STAR of the night, the food took a close second!
We started by setting the stage with an amazing tablescape thanks to the help of Signature Party Rentals. Once the mood was set, we set out the food!
The enormous pan of fresh paella was a huge hit.
And our signature chopped salad is a favorite whether on a plate or served UP!
No one could resist the min caramelized chicken tacos with chili crema in a lime wedge.
Not to be outdone was the chicken paillard tower on a bed of farro risotto!
And if guests weren’t full with all of that, they certainly were after a mini antique pail of short ribs served over English peas and artichoke and garnished with a popcorn shoot.
And of course… what is a birthday without CAKE! The chocolate truffle cake was accompanied by red velvet and cheesecake lollipops along with fresh berries and homemade whipped cream.
