55 IS Fabulous!
Birthdays just keep getting better and better is what we say. And when it comes to good friends, we like to give them the royal treatment. And it is no different for my dear friend, Roseli!
We began by providing a tent for the home and then did everything from the event design to the florals to the Latin guitarists and of course… THE FOOD! Here are a few highlights from the evening.
FIRST COURSE
Roasted Cauliflower Bisque with a Petite Lavosh Spoon.
SECOND COURSE
The TGIS Chopped Artist’s Palate Salad
Chopped Arugula, Chopped Israeli CousCous, Sweet Dried Corn, Chopped Tomatoes, Toasted Pepitas, Shredded Asiago Cheese and Black Currants, Topped with Creamy Pesto Dressing.
THIRD COURSE
Seasoned Caper and Dill Chilean Seabass
Served over Braised Sweet Peas and Artichokes with a Landolemono Pipette
FOURTH COURSE
Meat Served Three Ways:
Kokinisto Short Ribs
Served in a Mini Treasure Chest with Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Double Cut Lamb Chop
One Mushroom Truffle Farro Risotto
Tenderloin
Over a Potato Onion Hash
Finished with a Chimi Churi Verde
FIFTH COURSE
Dessert Three Ways:
Mini Butterscotch Demi
Topped with Caramel and Finished with Sea Salt Flakes
Mini Kit Kat Bar
Petite Bowl of Berries
Blackberries, Raspberries and Black Berries Finished with Creme Anglaise
