Holiday Lunches and Brunches Galore

‘Tis the season to be busy… Fa la la la la, la la la la….

YES! We have been more than busy this holiday season and are barely catching a breather as we prepare for the New Year celebrations. Yet we wanted to share with you a couple of our favorite corporate holiday parties.

One of the notable daytime events was the holiday brunch for Kaiser Permanente at the Norris Pavillion. The breakfast themed menu was created with four different stations.

STATION ONE
OMELETTES TO ORDER
Fresh Eggs, Bacon, Ham, Sausage, Fresh Tomato, Mushrooms, Onions, Chives, Shredded Monterey
Jack And Cheddar Cheese,
Spinach, Feta Cheese and Bell Peppers

STATION TWO

Served With Our Cream Cheese Icing
And Warm Maple Syrup

STATION THREE
SEASONED BREAKFAST POTATOES

Another regular client of ours had a delightful company holiday luncheon right at their facility at the Port of Long Beach.

This large event served over 400 people with three buffet stations.
