It’s Natural… It’s History… It’s Now

Ben Stiller has nothing on us. Okay so maybe the artifacts and exhibits didn’t come to life at the YPO event last weekend. But by all sources we heard, the food and atmosphere certainly did!

You just can’t beat the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles for a unique and exciting event venue. It is a chance to “See the side of the museum you won’t see on the tour.” Here are some of the epic menu items we served on Saturday.

The All America Wedge Salad Station
Topped with your choice of Campari tomato, diced red onion, bacon crumbles, blue cheese crumbles
and finished with “The Old Man’s Blue cheese Dressing.

One of the most popular stations housed the Mini Maine Lobster and Shrimp Rolls served with warm draw butter, cider coleslaw and house made chips.

Also at this station the guests dined on our Mini Housemade Shredded Brisket open sandwiches on Foccacia bread with Swiss Cheese, horseradish aioli, arugula, pickled green apples and blue cheese crumbles. Finished with champagne dressing and served in our bamboo boats.

Never to be outdone was the dessert station!

The Martini Dessert Station was comprised of Butter Cate, Warm Spiced Buttermilk Donut Holes, Red Velvet Cake and Chocolate Decadence Cake. The choice of toppings were lemon curd, blueberries, candied almonds, fresh sliced stawberries, chocolat ganache, caramel, cream cheese icing, real whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
