Recently we catered a bridal shower for a very special client of ours.
The theme was Moroccan inspired with rich colors and unique florals.
The menu was comprised of fresh summer ingredients
with complex flavor combinations that delighted all the guests.
Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Napoleon Towers
Finished with candied pecans and micro greens
Finished with a Moroccan spiced wonton sail
Fresh Grilled Summer Peaches
drizzled with an apricot balsamic reduction
Hand Crafted Mini Snickers
Deep Dish Banana Cream and Nutella Mini Pies with Whipped Cream
And Lemon Curd Tartlettes finished with a kiss of Meringue
In addition to the above dishes were served:
Wood-fired Ciabatta topped with Ricotta Salata
Spice Rubbed Salmon served with a fresh Tarragon Sauce
Eggplant, squash and wild mushroom crepes finished with a turmeric spiced tomato coulis.
