A Texan Toast

The saying is true! There is nothing small about Texas. So we took that to heart when creating the menu and bold flavors for this event. The Texas Barbeque theme was perfect for the guest of honor’s 50th birthday at a private home in Studio City.

Appetizers included these Demi Mac and Cheese Fritters with melted Gruyere Cheese and a Crispy BBQ Chip.

Buffalo Chicken Lollipops were gobbled up like candy.

Talk about big and bold… Our Habanero, Bourbon and Sweet Potato Stuffed Shrimp.

East meets west in our ultra popular Ahi Tuna Tartare Tacos.

Pulled Pork and Smoked Cheddar Hand Pies.

You can’t have a Texas theme without a great carving station!

And of course, you NEED corn. Butter Chili Corn Cobette Pops finished with a Savory Parmesan Butter.

We got big and hot with our Honey and Pepper House-Hot Smoked Salmon served over red cabbage, grilled corn, maple bacon and a touch of Bleu Cheese.

As attractive as they are delicious… No one could resist our Cornbread Topped Chicken Chili Jars!
The homemade cornbread is baked over a white been chili and served in a mason jar.
Toppings included: corn salsa, cheddar cheese, sour cream, chives and diced chicken.
