The Great Gala
California State University of Long Beach is just one of those clients that you cannot help but feel pride in being able to work for them and make their events shine. No matter what the occasion, the events are always classy, fun and educational. But recently we planned and catered the first ever President’s Gala on the campus. The event included a site down dinner as well as an amazing performance by Jane Lynch in “See Jane Sing.” What a treat… what a talent! The crowd loved it!
But before the great show, the evening started off with cocktail hour. Guests sipped beer and wine in the lobby of the Carpenter Center with some of our most popular tray passed Hors D’oevures.

After the cocktail hour, guests were directed to the front terrace of the center for the sit-down dinner.
The tables were beautifully set with a fall theme.

Accompanied with Herbed Lavosh

The post reception took place back stage and consisted dessert and coffee.
